Administration Assistant/ Receptionist

Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant to work as an integral part of our administration team, in assisting our professional staff service clients. Personable and welcoming by nature, you are also motivated to learn new skills in a friendly, fast paced and team oriented office environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors

  • Efficiently supporting the AKW team by performing a broad range of allocated tasks, including:

    • administrative duties

    • reception duties as required

    • welcoming, greeting and directing clients and phone calls

    • document collation and filing

    • word processing

    • data entry

    • effectively managing your time

This is a full time role and remuneration will be commensurate with your experience.
